From I-95:
- Exit east onto Palmetto Park Road
- Turn left onto Federal Highway
- Continue on Federal Highway and take your 3rd right into Mizner Park
- Immediately take a right and enter parking garage “B”. Parking in the garage is free. There is a fee for parking on the streets of Mizner
- Once in the garage, proceed toward the top of the 2nd ramp—past the 2nd floor entrance to Mizner shops and park in any Goldman Felcoski & Stone reserved spot or any unmarked spot
- Look for the sign “stairs to offices” enter and go down the stairs to the second floor
- We are located in Suite 230 just through the glass door entrance not far from the stairs
- For handicap accessibility, proceed to the 4th level of parking garage “B” and look for the handicap parking spots. Take the ramp over to the office plaza and then take the elevator to the second floor. Our offices are located at the other end of the hallway from the elevator in Suite 230
From South Federal Highway:

From North Federal Highway:
- Take Federal Highway south past Glades Road
- Continue south on Federal Highway and take a left at NE 5th ST which is the North entrance into Mizner Park
- Turn right onto Plaza Real which is the main street inside Mizner Park
- Continue on Plaza Real until the first possible right hand turn (you will see a gazebo and large fountain on your left)
- Go ¾ of the way around the roundabout into garage “B”
